1. Privacy in Data Exchange:

Transmissions to the Gradients of Sight entity or to David Law,  will be handled under strict sensitivity and confidence. With the exception of Google Adsense advertisements served and the platform from which third-party vendors are authorized to share, display, and place such content obtained through cookies/”web beacon” or tracked impressions; no further information will be offered, shared, sold, or otherwise disclosed to Gradients of Sight in the present state, is a sole proprietor operation. There is limited opportunity for data exchange beyond Google Adsense technology, the download of website content, posted articles, pictures, or other relevant rich media within the Gradients of Sight primary domain gradientsofsight.com.

2. Personal Information Protocols:

Personal data that is sent to the aforementioned Gradients of Sight, with the exception of Google Adsense, will be restrained to extremely limited use and lifespan. Information received via email, instant message, or other direct contact method (with exception to comments on posts) will be destroyed after receipt. Regarding web statistics, Google Adsense uses tracking and impression technology to successfully deliver ad content to users. The author David Law, and Gradients of Sight encourages privacy advocacy and awareness. Blocking and restricting third-party content from websites can be adjusted through your browser security or privacy settings. Maintaining vigilance of privacy and security on your PC, programs as Malware Bytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/ can be used to remove third-party cookies.

For all intents and purposes, the website, domain, and content, are recognized as safe and functional.
